Corruption civil rights violations, and Fraud ripoff

In 2004 Collin county cps removed my children from school and daycare. I was a single mother working and going to college. I was being harrased by my ex and they knew it. He told them he wanted my kids taken so he could move on with his life and not have to pay child support. My oldest son made allegations of sexual abuse by his father and cps covered it up because they had forced me to leave him at his father's when it happened. I
was harrassed by cps for 17 1/2 months. I was not giving an attorney until nine months after it started. My ex had filed and had multiple people he knew file false reports over the previous 7 years. They were proven false and I had signed documents stating my name was supposed to be removed. Only to have those same false reports put in an affidavid of fact to the court and I was not allowed to refute them.

The attorney I was appointed (Martin Leyko) informed me there was no way I was going to get my kids back and even told me I should lie and say the allegations were true. My oldest son was assulted on multiple occasions by foster families and they covered it up. The attorney ad-litem (David Kleckner) stayed absentee and refused to help them, even after being contacted by the CASA representative (Denise Halmark). Denise Halmark also supervised many of our visitations, during which she would rwrite reports.

These reports were altered by her supervisors and she was told she was not permitted to write reports that were in anyway a posistive reflection of my childrens relationship with myself or with each other. I was harrassed every couple of days by Cathy Cammeron (The CPS Caseworker) because I told them they were not permitted to send my children to church (I am very protective when It comes to my children's religious education) I was accused of being athesist. When she found out I was volunteering to help feed the homeless in downtown with a church group she went off on me.

In the end I was laid off my job one week before my court date and was told there was no way they would postpone the court date. CPS only had 3 weeks jurisdiction left. I was told if I didn't relinquish my rights. I would have a judgement put against me and never have any contact with my kids again.

My attorney claimed he was ready for trial but he and I only spend about an hour together going over the two boxes of documents he was given. At the court house the day the trial started he said if he were me he would just give up now. (He wasn't willing to fight for us) I signed the relinquishment but it was contingent on certain provisions. I am to be able to send letters and gifts and my children are able to do the same. CPS must forward them.

Now it has been a year since I have seen my children I have sent them letters, christmas and birthday presents and have not gotten anything from my children. I don't believe my children haven't sent me anything. I am pretty sure CPS just isn't forwarding them to me and don't know whether they have forwarded my gifts to my children. At least one of my three children would have sent something in the past year.
