Been trying to contact Sears all morning - I get their customer service people who put me on hold - I guess they don't want to hear about my problems with their products. Sears used to be a good company to do business with but they sure have changed over the last few years. I guess the only thing to do is buy elsewhere. Beware if you are going to purchase anything from Sears.
