Sears sagging mattress - Simmons Matira Plush Firm Mattress 2011

I bought a Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress at Sears. Within a year it started sagging in the middle. Sears replaced it with another Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress. Within a year the same thing happened. They offered to replace it again. I told them I did not want another Sealy pillowtop. So I took a much cheaper mattress. Now I am sleeping in a crater. The new mattress lasted less than a year before caving in. I only weigh 130 lbs and it is a queen size bed. Now I have a Simmons Matira Plush Firm. I bet the crater in the middle is at least 2 inches. Actually I am not sleeping in the crater, I am sleeping on the edge across the top where the pillows go with my feet sticking out the side so I don't roll into the middle. I don't want another mattress from Sears. I tried 3. I just want to sleep at night without being sore in the morning. Sears... Can I please get a refund?
