I contacted Sears to come and look at my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. Don came over and gave me diagnosis that there is no current and you have circuit fault issue. I advised him that he need to turnrefrigerator on — I can't belive.
He realized and re-assessed. Told me that refrigerant has leaked out, need to add die. He came back and added die as well as gave me estimate of $400
Two days later, new technician came and gave me estimate of $700. I have been trying to get hold off someoene to escalete my issue no response.
They have closed my icket and charged $270
