Got charged $849.99 even when the order was never received

I had ordered a washer dryer from this company. I never heard from them for a month. When i called back i was told that they have a back order and the item which i wanted was not available and i should select a different item.

Then i cancelled the washer and kept the order for the dryer as the washer which i wanted was not available. Well, i waited almost another month nd never got the dryer. So i called and told them to cancel the whole order.

I found a charge of $849.99 on my credit card bill which never got refunded. I have been wating since March. I have got my credit card company involved to solve the isuue.

Please stay awy from this company. Also, i found this company through pricegrabber.com
