Ordered a washer and dryer-dryer order lost. Cancelled it twice. Customer service is in a foreign country and no help

Ordered a washer and dryer online. Tried to have them delivered on the same day. Order for the dryer was lost and customer service was no help. After 2 wks of calling and being given other tel. Numbers for me to call for customer service, (most of whom were in foreign countries and very difficult to understand), I told them to cancel any order they found for the dryer. I would, and did, purchase it elsewhere. 20 days after the initial order, my charge card was charged over $1000. I have spent 2-3 hrs a night on at least 4 occasions, trying to get this straightened out. I finally had to have my Charge Card Co. Dispute the charge which they did while I was on the conference call with them and Sears at the same time. After being on the phone over 2 hours tonight, I then receive a call from Sears, telling me the dryer will be delivered tomorrow. They have outsourced so many departments in so many areas, there is a total lack of coordination or communication. Will never order from Sears.com again. Not worth 20 days of frustrating phone calls with people in foreign countries that don't even know what a zip code is!
