I bought a washer and dryer from Surplus City, that they told me was brand new, it was just "bent and dent" They lied

I bought a washer and dryer from Surplus City. Their female employee told me that they were brand new, they were just "bent and dent."
We inspected the dryer at the store and found lint in the lint trap. They even had a manual for the dryer, that didn't match the dryer, laying inside the dryer. They were really trying to make you think these washers and dryers were brand new. When we brought this to her attention, she just said "How am I supposed to know, the owner is never here."
When we brought the washer and dryer home and hooked them up, The washer would not work. The dryer seemed to work just fine. We called the store and the same employee told us she would send someone right away to look at it. No one called or came that day. She also never apologized for the inconvience either.
The next day AFTER I called a couple of times, they finally sent a man up with a replacement washer. He dropped it off and never stayed to see if it would work. The second wahser did not work.
I called the store back, and the woman was very hufffy with me when I told her the second washer did not work. She also didn't apologize this time either. I had to keep calling to get someone to come out.
The third washer doesn't work all that well and the dryer quit working. I have called several times in two days, and no one will give me any help. I was told several times they would come back out and they never showed.
