Owner Sold the Appliances i Paid for!

My fiance and I live in Round Rock TX, suberb of Austin TX. We seen Herman's ad online and drove clear to Houston TX to check out the front loader washer and dryer. I liked it and it looked great of course on the outside appearence. I paid Herman 1500.00 $ in cash for the washer and dryer. We were not able to rent a truck or U-haul so we asked Herman to keep it for us and we would be back in about 2 wks to pick it up. When I came to pick up my washer and dryer Herman stated that his loading staff accidently took my washer and dryer for another customer and he would be able to order me new ones. Well needless to say that never happened and when we hooked up our washer and dryer the washer belt was broken and when I called a tech out the inside was rusted. Herman stated the the washer and dryer was new and of course he lied again and was very argumentative towards me for me to ask him to pay for the repairs because of my warranty. That never happend and I am still missing my petastals for my washer and dryer that I paid full price for at the time of purchase. I would strongly suggest you take your money else where not to Herman.
