I used them for 3 years and had to cancel because I moved. When I called them back to sign back up, they said I needed a deposit. I paid my bill on time for 3 years, have good credit, and yet I still need to pay a $200 deposit??? The very RUDE manager said he was doing everything he could to help, but yet offered no help. He also said he gets paid on new sign ups, but again wasn't helping. I will NEVER, EVER go back to them!!! They lost a loyal customer for LIFE!

ELLEN FILIPIAK, CEO When the person that spoke to us about Directv he told us that it was going to be for 1 year contract. Come to know that the contract was for 2 years and i was never told that and didnt sign a contract
