Extended Warranty Repairs Scheduled Three Weeks Out Leaving No Washer

We bought a 3 year extended warranty for our appliances from Sears. So far, they have scheduled repairs for our Kenmore washer 3 weeks out, leaving us without a working washing machine for 3 weeks. I wish I had read more of the fine print, because they apparently give schedule priority to paid service calls over the free warranty repairs. Don't buy the Sears extended warranty unless you like going to laundromats.
