Very impatient and rude rep

I'd only purchased a PSP and had issues obtaining an web connection through my wireless modem that will be an publicized function of the machine. I named Sony for aid but there is no prompt to talk to a individual but I happened to understand 0 operates all of the period.

I'd have already been better not speaking with anybody since after just 2 units the repetition had become really eager and rude with me. She stated that I had been not pursuing her directions when actually she wasn't providing me proper directions and needed to stop and study anything before providing further course. Today the PSP isn't that complex and becoming an a professional technology myself I understand just how to troubleshoot engineering but this repetition was incredibly condescending and that I did not do something to trigger her.

After she kept fighting with me in the place of assisting me I requested to get a boss that we just got after shouting for just one. The sup offered me some greater aid but I"m not assured he'd really consider any disciplinary action from the prior repetition.

What Is much more astonishing is the fact that this repetition was located in The United States but I'd have happily voiced to somebody located in India because atleast they're ethical and do not have a processor on the neck in the get go.

Sony in general is in trouble and that I understand they're attempting to rebuild but customer support is still another region they're declining in and that's getting more very important to businesses nowadays.

Ultimately I resolved the issue myself and also the phone to Sony was really demanding along with a waste of my period.
