I named verizon wireless customer service to obtain some details about there laptops which was on the wed. And that i talked to a pleasant repetition and gave him some information to see if there will be a deposit on opening a new account and gave my debit card information along with the repetition advised me there could be no deposit. Then we got to discussing what i needed to with subsequently netbook and also the repetition educated me that i'd be using a lot of data to get a netbook and that i stated thanks for the period. Subsequently three days later on sunday i obtain a text stating that my order have been fullfilled. And so i named verizon wireless to see what was happening and also the repetition advised me that i requested a laptop and that i stated no i did so not! I acquired info on a laptop which was it and she said no you simply purchased a laptop and that i stated ma'am i've not talked to your repetition since wed. And that i didn't buy an email book and you better change the order and replace the order on the consideration. The repetition put me on hold for 35 units and returned on and said well i possibly could submit a case and it'll get 3 times. Then it took 15 times not 3 times 15 days to obtain my money back from verizon wireless. And thats how they treat their clients.
