A credit for double billing

On my Julyis bill I came across that 2 films that I hired from payperview this past year (which were compensated for, were about the present statement) Named customer support and that I was informed they were not compensated for. Went through being placed on store and also the issue being researched, simply to be hassled from the repetition about this was not taken care of. To not be mean or something the repetition nearly talked Language and that I thinking if she recognized it. Long story short I requested to consult with a and was placed on store and on and on we proceed. The repetition ultimately returns about the telephone and advised me the problem was looked after which a credit is likely to be published on my July bill. Reduced and see Julyis statement was delivered and also the costs weren't acknowledged. Contact directv plus they don't have any report of me actually calling! Talked to some new repetition since even although you provide the title of the individual you talked to "they do not understand who they're". This repetition stated that directv just provides 1 period breaks and that I currently had one in 2002 and they won't credit my bill. Yesteryear due needed to be compensated normally my support could be stopped. I advised the repetition that directv did not support their spoken contract which I had been definately looking around for another tv company. Our response from the repetition was "I'm sorry you are feeling in this way". At that time I'd to hold up before I verbally blew this repetition absent. Devotion for their clients aren't obviously initial to some business who'd of not got this large if it were not for all of us the folks who selected them in the place of another supplier.
