Unprofessional and rude

The 'customer support' department. As of this organization may be the total worst I've previously experienced. Store times are incredibly lengthy, repetitions are rude and unprofessional. It's therefore annoying to actually need to cope with them. Nowadays, the store period really was long and so I permitted them to contact me back; after I responded I had been positioned on store for atleast five minutes. You are calling since you're said to be accessible, but I am still keeping, when my phone was ultimately responded, the repetition hung-up on me. I'd to call-back and delay on-hold for fifteen minutes. I told the brand new repetition the prior scenario and wasn't actually provided an apology, no reputation of the problem whatsoever.
