I obtained the typical declaration from WCC a week ago. There is a late charge connected which was not legitimate. I talked to some repetition. About that after I named to help make the cost. We decided the repetition. Who got the cost about the prior month 'keyed it in incorrect'. The repetition stated she'd change this problem to the 'sales dept.'. I wished the problem was sorted out-but I started getting calls 2 nights before about my bill. Nowadays I obtained and responded a phone in one of the 'representatives'. The 'repetition' said I had been behind about the cost of my late fee (the one which was unacceptable) which I'd get a late fee about the first overdue charge. I described the situation to him and he could not understand the problem. I requested to talk to his boss. He explained his boss might simply tell me exactly the same thing and undoubtedly the boss stated the same. I dropped my mood and hungup. Every deal I've had together is a challenge. I had been overdue once plus they confronted to pull my vehicle. They frighten me forever within the telephone once they believe anything is incorrect on my finish but definitely WOn't be supportive in providing answers of the issues. How on the planet does one cope with scum such as this?
