I boughta hp notebook design kw065ua in octber of 09. On the fifth of might 09 while useing it starding receiving warm and began smoking. I named horsepower teck was informed it nevertheless had 288 times left on warranty. They delivered me a container to come back it to califorina. The received it on may 6th. On may the 8th they named and wonted $762.57 to displace it-they stated it had been out-of warranty. Because anything have been built on it. I realize that isn't true. Was informed which was finail and also the was delivering notebook back
