Our boy purchased a toshiba notebook on 09/15. Within fourteen days we'd to visit fryis electrical that was okayed by toshiba to repair the notebook since it'd overheat, and fry's set it. About 6 months before my boy named me from college requesting me to deliver his notebook to him, I acquired his mom to try him. Obviously the notebook began to overheat again, therefore my boy shipped it home. I named toshiba concerning the issue and also the guarantee. Toshiba claims try fryis, I did so, fry's claims we can not feel it's toshibas item. Therefore, I named toshiba and let them know this plus they claims send them a duplicate of the warrnaty, used to do. Subsequently toshiba calls back stated they might not recognize the warranty or provide a reimbursement about the warranty this however essentially this season but I can not obtain the notebook mounted or substitute on toshiba guarantee.
