I submitted a notebook which wasnot operating correctly, and that I had a Buy.com warranty. The notebook was delivered to Micromedics. They set one significant problem, however they DECREASED the notebook and delivered it back again to me having a amount of 1 part of the situation lacking. Obviously I never considered to record the health of the exterior after I shipped it in. IF YOU SEND ANYTHING FOR THEM, MAKE SURE TO PHOTOGRAPH IT

Also, after it had beennot fixed the very first time, I named Buy.com to tell them. They stated these were sending me another container & tag. 3 months later, I named directly into discover why I'dnot obtained it. They stated I never named! Obviously they did... I insisted on another container, and did obtain it. But I shipped within the notebook again, and Micromedics held it for 3 months, subsequently delivered it back stating they mightnot replicate the issue.
