This past year I bought an HP Notebook from Sam's Membership. The manufacturer warranty from horsepower was twelve months. I bought one more 24 months guarantee from Samis. Our first-year support from HP was exceptional. At the conclusion of the guarantee I'd a physical issue using the mouse Mat and delivered it to Mike's guarantee Company for support. They delivered it us - fixed without any description. I named and was informed the guarantee wouldn't use since the device have been abused. After prolonged dialogue they stated that that there is water harm to the interior of the equipment. I am excited using the tremendous support from horsepower and also have moved my warranty for them. I am dissatisfied with Mike's Membership and also the seemingly dishonest guarantee service. Mike's Membership was of no aid at-all after I told them of my issue.
