HP makes shabby products and their customer service sucks

I bought an HP DV4T laptop at the conclusion of July. I've been not able to use a completely new HP printer about the DV4T.in the beginning horsepower believed the printer was the issue. The very first printer (the main one I'd initially bought) was an allinone design 4680. HP stated there have been "problems" with that design, so that they delivered mean improved printer... Model 6500. It'd not deploy about the DV4T both. Up to now, I've invested more than 17 hours about the telephone with techsupport. HP has delivered a specialist to my home who stated the thing is using the computer. I delivered the DV4T ito horsepower for fix... Under warranty. Horsepower obtained it on December 1. Nowadays is December 15 and that I still do not have my pc back! While talking to my event supervisor, Isabella, she know practically nothing. She does not understand what is incorrect with my pc. She does not understand when it'll be set. I named last Friday to determine exactly what the tale is... And that I was informed she was hectic with another client, and might contact me back. She didn't return my phone. I named nowadays (Tues., Dec. 15) I had been informed the same... She's hectic with another client. She'snot called back however... It's been 5 hours. Therefore, I've no notebook, and am out over $1000.00. I suppose the only path to obtain motion would be to document case in small-claims judge to obtain my cash back. Horsepower makes cheap items as well as their customer support Hurts. Horsepower doesn't worry about its clients.
