I delivered a laptop directly into HPis fix heart to get a free mousepad key, that ought to've been protected under warranty. After getting the notebook, horsepower named me to express the notebook was broken which it CAn't be protected under guarantee, but they might repair it for $322. I told them-not to repair it and also to deliver the notebook back, ASIS. Well, I acquired the notebook back with harm which was not there before I delivered it out for them. I suppose today they can actually declare it had been broken and that I don't have any evidence that it wasn't. I am mad. I'll never purchase HP products again.
