I purchased this computer on 11/13/10 as well as in June it chose to stop functioning. I approached Toshiba on July 20th plus they explained they'd deliver a container by UPS and so I might deliver the notebook set for repairs. I kept checking with advantages utilizing the Website Standing # T1-1198396. Advantages had gotten notice From Toshiba they could be getting a box and had the delivery tag created out-but hadnot obtained the container. While Toshiba didn't send the container because they stated they'd then I understood that despite the fact that I'd a-1 year guarantee that willnot matter. They'd develop a method to mess me out-of fixing it. I waited more than 3 months then called them. Lastly on 7/11 I named Toshiba again to discover why I'dnot obtained the container however plus they explained they'd deliver it out-right away. On July 13th I obtained the container and delivered the notebook back again to them on July 14th. Toshiba named after getting the notebook and stated anything was built on it when nothing have been built onto it. I obtained the notebook back today also it was not fixed. After I first had the issues using the notebook till I obtained the container to deliver it back I understood these were likely to develop some phony factor so that they would not need to do the repair. I'll never purchase something Toshiba.
