I've been awaiting nearly 3 months for the corporation to provide me a sofa. I purchased the sofa through Furniture Available, plus they delivered the sofa on july 15th and that I was designed to receive it July 31st NEVERTHELESS YRC SHIPPING "couldn't" have it within period. And so I rescheduled and also the "soonest" they might do-it turned the 2nd week in Sept... Subsequently because of work morning they mightnot have it in my experience until September 10th... And here we're sept 10th, my visit was from 2-4... I had been unable to be at my house at the moment nevertheless i did so request someone else to become... The delivery driver named my cell in the factory ONCE... Used to donot answer since I had been in course, INDICATION: THERE IS HOWEVER SOMEBODY AT MY HOUSE TO GET THE SOFA. The supply driver decided I had beennot house via a mobile phone phone... Not thinking to ring my doorbell to determine easily was really house. After I named the client support point she was really unhelpful, SPEAKING OVER ME, and informing me she desired to ESTIMATE "cover this up" by deleting. OBVIOUSLY I'm ENRAGED!!! They claim they'll provide it tomorrow, but imagine if I actually donot answer my telephone?! They simply do not come?!?!?!?! I'm CLEARLY INFORMED THAT I've A DELIVERY DATE COLLECTION... So it's obviously my responsibility to get someone open to get my shipping off the vehicle... Why on the planet would your delivery driver simply not display!?!?!? How reckless of the organization. I'll MAKE SURE TO DISCUSS EVERY SITE I WILL TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A POOR EVALUATION.

You did not appear for my delivery day!?!? One telephone call and you resolved i was not house?!!? Fools.
