I requested an a/d compressor for my BMW from PartsGeek.com. After I obtained the component and attempted to possess it mounted at my local store, they explained the component wouldn't match. They didnt actually do the installation. They looked over theold component and realized that the brand new component wouldn't function. I approached partsgeek to come back the component and adopted all their methods, including shipping it back having a following range and insurance within the original presentation. They've A30 day reimbursement plan which states that after the component is obtained within their service, the resources could be returned within thirty days of bill. False. After thirty days had come and eliminated, I attempted to contact partsgeek, that has no customer support whatsoever. You contact and delay many moments hearing lift music before being motivated to deliver them a contact. They consider 48-hours to react and deliver you a concept. They advised me the reimbursement had been prepared and that I might obtain it in 48 hours. False. It got me calling the Greater Business Institution to lighting a fireplace under their back attributes and return my income. Not just that, they cost A - 15% restocking charge.
