JB Hunt Delivery Idiots

Our household of nine, a male-female co-op in San Francisco ordered a washer and dryer from the company Appliance Connect which was great. JB Hunt was the delivery company and they were extremely late with our delivery, as well were very discourteous in rescheduling the delivery. Multiple times we were told the delivery would arrive between a certain block of time, and when it did not and when we called, we were told the driver was running late and would deliver later that same day. Unfortunately, they did not deliver it, nor notify us they're were not coming. We called the next day only to be told they don't deliver to our area on that day and would deliver the next day. The next day the same events occurred. We were told his "gps" the driver had took him to the wrong house. After being very persistent with customer service we were able to find out where exactly the driver went direct to our home.
