Terrible Customer Service

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering our couch from the Morehead City, NC Ashley Furniture Store. Customer service was terrible—lie, lie, lie! First they said the couch had been in the warehouse a week because they did not have correct phone numbers to deliver. Suprise, I had the carbon copy with correct home and cell numbers. Second lie was that they would haul away the old couch.instead of being up front they lied to make a sale. We are seniors so unlike our younger days we had to have the piece delivered. OK not only did we have to pay $150.00 for delivery, but they taxed the delivery fee. So bottom line—buyer beware!!! Only plus is, so far, we like the coach. Oh and the customer service rep promised we would get a call from the store manager. At least the call might have prevented me from writing this review.
