Redundant Refund Policy - Massage

I have had the same experience as many others on this site. After purchasing a deal on the site. It turned out the deal was not given under the conditions advertised. When attempting to claim a refund I was told that I was outside of the 7 days refund period allowed and they would not return my money. This is theft people! I am boycotting the business and actively encouraging all of my friends and colleagues to do the same. I am not normally one to complain and this is the first time I have ever reviewed anything, I hope that provides a yard stick as to how disgusted I am by the business and especially the customer service or lack thereof.
