Misleading deal description and refund refusal - Living social paddle or pedal deal

I purchased 2 hour kayaking from livingsocial in July. Th deal description says the deal can be used in 3 locations. However the Annapolis section did not let me use it during the weekend which livingsocial says is in the fine print section instead of the description section and refused a refund. This is a cheap trick to mislead customers and steal their money. I should have at least given livingsocial bucks for the amount I paid
