In August, I found out that my LivingSocial deal could not be used the way it was described. I contacted customer service, and was told that the business would honor the coupon as I described, but I could get a refund if I wanted. When I called the business again, and they confirmed they would not honor it, so I officially requested a refund on 10/19/10. Since then (it is January 30), I have received NO response from customer service. I have officially requested this refund 6 times now. NOTHING.

I also have submitted two inquiries about accessing my account. Currently, although I have had an account for over a year, the site will not let me log in through the main page. It is only giving me the option of logging in through Facebook. I shut my facebook account down months ago. Again, two requests for help, NO response. The WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will stick with Groupon from here on out.
