Refund issues

I had purchase a livingsocial deal that accidently added 2 deals to my account - not 1. As soon as I realized this (within 5 days), I had contacted livingsocial to make the correction. They seemed to be very understanding and returned the 1 extra deal. Now, months later, I see that the extra deal is STILL on my account as a voucher! THEY NEVER RETURNED IT AND NOW DO NOT HAVE ANY RECOLLECTION OF ME CALLING IT IN. I have been a very good customer so far but will not be purchasing any more deals since they were so unaccomodating for a mistake they made!!!
