And Y2K ripoff! They gave conflicting information, siezed a car there was some dispute over, willfully destroyed personal property and charged enormous trumped up fees

We went to Vista Auto Sales or Y2K (same comapny) for a title loan Sept. Over time they gave conflicting information on exactly what was owed. We disputed it. They seized the car and I started court proceedings which included a supeona that they were not to touch the contents of the vehicle. All of my personal property was in the car and trunk, including all personal records and important documents. They destroyed everything and charged us with huge inflated fees and reported selling the vehicle for only $150. Our loss is over $12,000.
