Udrecovery falsifies court documents to steal assets

This individual falsifies court documents in order to steal personal assets of individuals. He will go before a judge, complains that someone owes his client money, signs papers stating that he has tried to contact individual by mail (which of course he does not do, nor has proof of).. Then obtains permission to sieze personal property. Usually a car, boat, or his favorite... A motorcycle.

Next, he will contact the person he siezed property from, and tell them that they owed money on a rental home (he looks up public records to find out where an individual has rented many years back). He will say that there was an outstanding debt that the cleaning deposit did not fully cover, and that there is money owed. This will be from at least 10 yrs back, so he sais there is a lot of interest due. (A $300 debt now becomes $5000 after his "attorney" fees and "research" fees, and lots and lots of interest). But, he says he's a nice guy, so he will give you your property back for only $4700.

Now he can be taken to court, and the case will be dismissed, but the problem is, you will have to pay a private attorney, and take the time to go to court, which could cost more than what he is asking for. So, he hopes you will "fold" under pressure and settle with him for a large sum, just to avoid the hassle of obtaining a lawyer and going to court.

I am taking this man to court and suing him for personal harrasment. He has my motorcycles sitting at an impound yard. (by the way, he is a member of a local motorcycle club www.schra.org, i wonder where he gets his motorcycles) He is trying to collect money from me for a cleaning depost, from a home I was not even living at... All I did was fill out an application to live there while searching for an apartment. That is all he has as.
