Pop's Auto Outlet
Unlawful repoession

Cars & Transport

Brian (salesman) at Pop's Auto outlet assisted in helping me trade in my vehicle that had a lien on it from a title loan company - he claimed that he would pay off the loan. Which was a lie...

The vehicle I purchased has mechanicial issue. Two weeks later I received a txt message from Brian's personal cell phone that they would not be paying off the title loan on the old vehicle and that i needed to go handle it myself. I pulled out my contract and it never listed my trade in. When I confronted Brian with this he claimed that he didnt put it on there because he wasnt sure about the title.

Three weeks after I puschased my new vehicle it was repossessed stating that i did not pay the late fees on the vehicle one day after the note was paid in person by my mom.

I went up to Pop's Auto Outlet with a friend and Brian cussed me and told me that "you got played" he stated he was keeping both vehicles and the money... I asked him about the old vehicle that he was hiding and if he was going to pay off the lien to the title loan company. He said no he would put a mechanics lien on the vehicle and then told me to F* off. I then told him that he does not have any rights to the vehicle and he stated that he had work completed on the old vehicle but he would not show me a slip that supported this claim told me he doesnt have to give me S*!
