Stole personal property

My vehicle was repossed and this was the company that towed my vehicle. I was informed that to get my items out of the vehicle I needed to take a $35.00 money order to this company. I took the money order to them and after giving them the keys to the vehicle I find out that they have stolen approximately $100 of my personal property. I am outraged not that my vehicle was repossed but that they charged me to obtain my property but their drivers already had stolen what they wanted from the vehicle. I think that their should be a law against this. If anyone had a right to property in my vehicle I would have felt better if the finance company had taken it not the tow company.
