I received a red light camera ticket to a property that i have not owned since 2001 and it is listing me as the registered owner of the vehicle that i have never owned — the vehicle is an 2006 & all my personal information including drivers license was included. THAT IS NOT ME AND IF RECORDS WOULD HAVE BEEN SEARCHED THROUGH DMV TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION THE VEHICLE I HAVE NEVER EVEN OWNED NOTHING SIMILAR AND IT WOULD HAVE DISCLOSED MY CURRECT ADDRESS THAT IS ON DMV RECORDS WHICH IS THE HOME I HAVE OWNED FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS now i am having to take time off work to handle this issues with the Courts and it is stressfull knowing that people can play with your personal information— and provide it to anyone. Also when i lived at the previous address which i had owned from 1996 my last name was different since i remarried in 2003. I thought we had privacy acts in place as obviously these agencies do not follow.including the police department and City could have verified the address so that it is going to proper person. My father lives next door as that is why he got a hold of the mail
