Fairground Street Motors
Sells junk cars possibly cars scrapped by insurance companies ripoff Atlanta

Cars & Transport

I purchased a car from this dealer. I thought it was a good price for a "dependable" vehicle. Unfortunately for me, it had underlying electrical and transmission problems.

Within one month the car stalled in the middle of rush hour traffic. (I almost got hit by a 18 wheeler in the process). It continues to stall every other day.

I returned to the dealer to report this issue. All I asked him to do was either trade the car in or have one of his mechanics fix the problem. He refused. This car needs about $2000 in repairs.

While I was on the lot, I noticed that another woman had her van towed back to the dealer because the transmission died. (She just bought the car the day before.)

I looked at other vehicles. One car could not shift gear when I took it out for a "test drive". (Needless to say, he was drawing up a contract on the car for another woman.) There was obvious water damage in a minivan. The salesman boasts that there were other vehicles on the lot with "rebuilt" engines that they snatched from other vehicles on their lot.

Please do not patronize this dealer. You will probably end up with a lemon like me.
