We took our van in for a break job and to check on a knocking noise coming from the van. Trusting Pepboys to do their job we excepted that we needed new tire rods, rotors, and breaks.By the end of the day the manager called to tell us that our van needed $800 worth of repairs and garrenteed the problem would be fixed. So we paided and picked up our van. The next day we noticed that our van was still knocking and the breaks still made the van shake. So to make a long story short after 6 more weekends of them keeping our van we are still experiencing problems and now have problems we didn't have before. The ending cost for us was over $1000 with a van still not running right.
