Consumer Fraud, not following written guarantees

Pepboys Consumer Fraud, not following written guarantees as i had a powerstearing hose Replaced and two days latter it broke down and i had a small engine fire so i took it back and they told me it will cost another 30 dollars plus parts to fix it so i took it somewhere eles and was told that the seals was not installed and that is why it leaked again and my brakes should be fixed but my break Light is still on

I called 1-800-pep-boys and was given the run around and they would call the manager and let him know about my call and what that store is doing is okay by them. To date my problem with the powerstearing was fixed by someone eles who dont work for pepboys and the breaks the breaklight is still on, but if i take it back they might say while the parts are free. I will haft to pay again for something that should have been fixed right in the first place...

I haft to drive back to oregon and my breaks are about the same as before and Pepboys is not following their written guarantees and charging you more money even if its two latter...
