Quoting Unecessary Repairs

Pep Boys in Rochester, NY East Ridge Road quoted me $1500 in work that they said I needed on my vehicle.

I went for two other quotes and was told each time that the repairs that Pep Boys told me I needed were not necessary.

Also, the Pep Boys estimate for these repairs was much more than what it would cost to have them done at the dealership. Everyone knows that dealerships are the highest price repairs around.

The quotes (for the work quoted by Pep Boys) I got from my second opinion repair shops would have been (if I had needed them) 1/2 or less the price PePBoys quoted.

Pep Boys is ripping off customers. I will never take my beautiful car there again.
