I bought a telephone online also it was dropped during delivery by FedEx on June 19. I established with FedEx on June 24 the telephone was dropped and Virgin customer support-or because they are euphemistically named-a live consultant. I had been disconnected three times and got 3 distinct consultant in 3 various areas of the planet. All of them explained that the notice of my issue have been released and also the issue could be solved in 1-3 business days. Many calls and emails later, I however don’t have any verification the issue continues to be solved. Each time I contact, they guarantee me that my issue is likely to be looked after.

I requested a refurbished notebook Oct 13 and told the salesperson that I seriously needed this delivered ASAP when I am a journal writer and my MAC pc failed on October 11. Our contract is placed for October 19. Her name was Lori and he or she stated she couldn't deliver it Fed-Ex overnight since it was restored, that will be insane. But she later named back and stated she could have it fast and we'd have it on October 15. Nevertheless, Fedex doesn't provide on Sunday therefore it could be October 17.
