I bought a telephone online also it was dropped during delivery by FedEx on June 19. I established with FedEx on June 24 the telephone was dropped and Virgin customer support-or because they are euphemistically named-a live consultant. I had been disconnected three times and got 3 distinct consultant in 3 various areas of the planet. All of them explained that the notice of my issue have been released and also the issue could be solved in 1-3 business days. Many calls and emails later, I however don’t have any verification the issue continues to be solved. Each time I contact, they guarantee me that my issue is likely to be looked after.

I requested a refurbished notebook Oct 13 and told the salesperson that I seriously needed this delivered ASAP when I am a journal writer and my MAC pc failed on October 11.
