Packages held hostage by "fedex security"

We're a production company california and nj, supplying information footage to tv channels included in our daily company.

Our production manager tendered 5 fedex covers to your nearby fedex website on saturday for delivery first thing monday morning to the network is the reason live shows.

Fedex had decided our account has had some type of fraudulent activity (they will not discuss, doc or expose), so that they have refused to provide every of our deals.

There is nobody to discuss this issue with fedex within the weekend when we could contact the fedex protection manager on monday day, we were told the questions we were asking about our time value deals (why, wherever, while) wouldn't be answered and the deals could be returned to us.

Can i claim that there should be a better method for fedex to cope with longterm business customers and obviously fedex doesn't have idea what this way may be.
