I requested my children holiday presents from the big online store. Purchase was delivered using 2-day delivery. It never resulted in. After calling the shipper they've stated that Fedex dropped the bundle 'in-transit'. Nevertheless the site claims the bundle reaches 'fedex service'. Today this can be a fairly big container and considered 68pounds. Attempted to get hold of these people to discover what's happening. Got an automatic reply, however they never bothered to reply...

Never again FEDEX.
