Scam artists! Rip-off!

My wife bought a car in August from a local dealership and it is a Pontiac Vibe that stickered at $15k I put $9k down on the car and after 2 years they tell me that we still have over $11k to pay on the car and refuse to send me a payment booklet, she differed 2 payments in May, on the phone and they recorded her voice saying her next payment was due on 7/16. Today 7/1 she recieves a letter stating that if she doesn't pay the bill by 6/30 her contract is in default! Well, there closed today through Monday. Five days! This company calls me all the time and we state the same thing every time.

This company is bogus and are scamming innocent people. It seems they have called all of our relatives as well. My parents they harassed in SC when we live in NC they called her Father in NY. We've been married for over 10 years. I've paid off 5 vehicles and have never been treated like this! Concernced citizen beware!!!
