Professional finacial services lied to me about taking my $2,000 for payments and then I sign a contract for new payment agreement & 2weeks later they file a court order for repo my vehicle. Spartanburg

Professional financial services has been financing my vehicle for about 2 years now and in those years they have been giving us nothing but trouble. First off, let me start by saying that it started with a letter from them stating that they have purchased on our behalf an insurance policy and has added the cost to our account in the amount of $3,516.60. This policy will be in effect unless you furnish proof that you already have insurance. We provided them proof of our new insurance company and we proceeded to pay our regular payments. Not even a month later we received a letter from them stating that we are late with our monthly payments only to found out that they did not drop their insurance policy on us so not only did we have to pay for our insurance but theirs as well. And because we paid our normal payment of $575.12 to them it was still behind because our new payment was now $868.17. After several months of going back and fourth there lawyer (David Walsh) wrote up a contract that we were to pay $2,500 and $600.00 on the new car note amount which we had signed and agreed upon. Not even to weeks later after they received our last dime of money they filed a judgement against us stating that we are behind on our payment and to repo. The vehicle. I spoke to David Walsh and he said this happens all the time and to just considered this a learning lesson. Not only am I disable but I just had a second baby. They have messed up my credit and has made it hard for me to get another vehicle now. I went to a car dealership and when I told them my situation they told me they get so many complaint from them and know dealership likes to work with them because they have done so many people dirty. If any one can help me with my situation please let me know what my options are.
