Harass threaten name callers rip-off swindlers

I am so glad I found the reports on Drive Financial. I thought I was the ONLY person experiencing this type of treatment from representatives of this company. Since the first month I acquired financing from this company (2 years ago) I have been constantly harassed, called names, etc. I have never been late on a payment until October when I was laid off from Enron in Houston.

I have paid every month since then, but remain 1 partial payment behind. Every month they tell me to call in to get an extention and every month I am told that they JUST ran out and have no more left. I am SICK of this company and just want to know what to do. I called two weeks ago to get the loan payoff amount to see if I could refinance, my car payment is $741.00 per month, and they wanted to know why I wanted the information.

I was called them from my office and the Drive Financial Representative called me a "liar" and said that I was calling from a car dealership. They called me again today to tell me they were coming for my car tonight. Does anyone know of anything i can do?
