Terribly misleading service and price scam

Two NTB locations within a couple of months of each other delivered the same poor service scams. The wait time for the service was at least 67% longer than promised in one instance and 100% longer in the other.in the second instance despite having a coupon at a particular price I was told the service would cost 33% more. Ileft and will not ever go back!!
