Brian Landsman Took money electronically for BMW wheels & chrome lugs on Dec. 15 & promised delivery for Christmas. Have never received!

In early Dec., I contacted Automotive Concepts concerning BMW wheels they had advertised on ebay. I was assured that the wheels would fit my vehicle.
About ten days later, I called back and we came to agreement. The wheels & chrome lugs were to be delivered for Christmas as a gift. The delivered price was to be $680 and the money was electronically taken from my account on Dec. 15.
The items were not received, so I called. This is when the excuses & empty promises began. Eventually my calls were not answered or messages returned.
Today is May17, and still nothing but an angry wife.
