Price not honored

I ordered a razor spark scooter for my son from target.com. The original price was $159. With the sale price, a coupon, gift card, and using my red card I was able to get the scooter for $100. I never received it. UPS said it was damaged in transit and returned it back to target. I called customer service and was told this item was no longer available online but that I could purchase it at full price in their store. I feel cheated. Target should honor the price. The coupon has expired as well as the sale!!
