Misbehaving

I'm old customer of yours. I had a problem in my Indica Vista TDI Car. The turbo of car is totally damaged. It was in guarantee period. But manager didn't change it in guarantee and misbehave with me during conversation and talked rudely with me. My car is at there for past 3 weeks and there is no response from them. So please help me for getting my car repaired as soon as possible.
