Dissatisfaction of service by tata motors - tata indica turbo

I have a indica v2 dls with reg. No.: wb02z1838. On 18.12.09 i went to k.B. Motors pvt. Ltd., kolkata with a problem of coolant leakage. They charged me an amount of rs. 4264.15 for servicing. But when i came back with the car i again found the same problem. Then i went on 24.12.09 again. The again charged me an amount of rs. 3877.00 but still now this problem persists. Several times i have complained to k.B. Motors but there is no response from their side. Moreover their behaviour & approach towards me was very rude. They all surrounded me from all sides & forced me to pay the amount. Please solve this issue urgently.
